PM SCANDINAVIA · JOURNEYS & GROUP TRAVEL
Guide-only assignments, multi-day itineraries, local coordination and dependable travel-trade collaboration.

Good travel has a practical side
The new PM Scandinavia experience is picture-led, but never picture-only. Visuals carry the emotional entrance; calm, well-shaped copy tells visitors what the place is, what support is available and what is deliberately not promised.
For private travellers: enough structure to relax.
Private travel does not need to be over-managed to be well cared for. Some guests need a guide for a few meaningful hours; others want help joining together transport, visits and local practicalities.
The starting point is simple: where, when, how many people and what would make the trip feel worthwhile. From there, the proposal should remain human in scale.

For groups: a plan that respects the actual day.
A coach group does not move like a couple. Meeting points, walking distance, access, breaks, mobility, meals and the order of the day all affect how a programme feels. They deserve attention before the first guest arrives.
PM Scandinavia can work with established itineraries or shape the local chapters of a new one. The visual of a walking group is illustrative only; it is never presented as a PM Scandinavia departure.

For travel professionals: a counterpart, not a black box.
Travel designers and tour operators need clear answers, realistic local judgement and a partner who understands how a programme reads on paper versus how it unfolds on the ground.
Support can range from guide services and destination knowledge to local programme coordination. It is offered by enquiry, with scope agreed before anything is promised.

A few principles stay constant.
No public price list that pretends every route is comparable. No live booking that makes a complex trip feel simple before it is. No manufactured urgency. And no stock people used as if they were real customers.
Instead: a careful first answer, a route that can be delivered and imagery that is honest about the place it shows.

Tell us what you have in mind
A thoughtful first message is enough. There is no booking engine and no public price list: every proposal begins with the shape of the journey, not a checkout screen.
Your itinerary. A considered approach.
Stories at the right pace.
A couple, a family and a coach group experience a place differently. Walking time, themes and breaks should reflect the people travelling. For museums and other venues, we check guiding rules and whether an additional guide is needed.Three languages. Clear arrangements.
Martin works in English, Polish and Swedish. Include your preferred language in your enquiry. Dates, route and availability are agreed individually. His Stockholm authorisation does not imply separate accreditation at every venue in other countries.
Your route. Support where you need it.
A good plan connects the details
Your arrival time shapes the first day. Your hotel’s location affects everyday journeys. A well-chosen boat trip may replace another stretch of road. We consider the journey as a whole and agree which arrangements you would like us to handle. What we can include in a proposal
Sightseeing and guiding, accommodation selection and reservations, transfers, transport along the route, flights and rail tickets, ferries or cruises, selected admissions and meals. Availability and booking arrangements are confirmed for your dates. You can also ask us to arrange only particular parts.A proposal you can assess properly
Before deciding, you receive the agreed scope, price and conditions. We explain which services the proposal covers and who is responsible for delivering them. Sending an enquiry does not reserve places or commit you to a purchase.Think about the whole journey too.
If you need wider assistance, ask about accommodation, transfers, transport, boat journeys and flights. The possible scope and responsibility for each service are set out in an individual proposal. This website accepts enquiries; it does not confirm bookings.Start with your group.
Logistics made clear in the programme
We consider meeting points, walking and regrouping time, smaller touring groups, admission sequences and meals. Accommodation, transport and additional guides can be included in the enquiry. Their availability, number and cost are checked for the particular programme.A quote matched to the scope
Ask about local support alongside your own coach and hotel, or about wider arrangements. We distinguish group-level services from costs that depend on participant numbers. The proposal also sets out assumptions, confirmation deadlines and decisions still needed. The programme needs to work for people
Queues, rest breaks and different walking speeds matter more in a large group. We therefore ask about the age range, mobility needs and how breaks should work. At this stage, we do not need a passenger list or individual medical information.Your programme. Local support in Scandinavia.
Clear responsibilities
Tell us what is already booked, what you will arrange yourselves and what you would like PM Scandinavia to handle. We agree the scope, operational contact and change-confirmation process so local services fit coherently into your offer. One departure or a series
For repeat departures, share all planned dates and expected numbers. This lets us check services for each visit. A programme that works on one date does not automatically imply identical availability on every departure.A brief that helps us prepare your proposal
Send the route, dates, start and finish points, participant and coach numbers, languages and required services. Include a budget or service standard if agreed. Commercial terms, invoicing and payment dates are discussed individually.
A shared trip with a purpose.
A programme around your gathering
If part of the stay is already arranged, we begin with its times and location. Sightseeing can precede a meeting, fill a free afternoon or form a separate day. We agree walking distances and the programme’s scope with your group organiser.Room for different needs
Not everyone in a group wants the same pace or experiences. We can discuss alternative visits, independent time and a shared meeting point. Larger numbers may require additional support and separate reservations, which we assess for your dates. From activities to stay arrangements
Your enquiry can cover guiding, transport, accommodation and shared meals. Meeting venues and specialist services require separate agreement. Tell us the purpose of the trip, your budget and which elements matter most.Let the city start the conversation.
Begin with the subject and age range
City history, life beside the Baltic or a subject explored through a particular museum? Share the students’ ages, language and the programme’s intended focus. Listening can alternate with observing the surroundings and breaks suited to the group.A museum visit needs its own arrangements
School admission rules, reservations and group sizes depend on the venue. These need checking before confirming the programme. The Vasa Museum’s published guidance requires advance school-group reservations; teachers remain responsible for their pupils.Practical information from the group leader
For the first enquiry, share numbers, age range, accompanying adults, dates and general access needs. Do not send pupil lists or medical details through the public form. If more information is needed later, we will agree how to provide it appropriately.Large groups: what to settle before a quote?
Numbers and arrivals
Provide an estimate and a lower and upper range if registrations are open. For coaches, the number of vehicles and shared or separate arrival times matter. For a group flight, the departure point, luggage and whether tickets are already purchased are useful. What is already arranged?
Separate confirmed bookings from early ideas. Your own coach, hotel, tour leader and meals affect the support needed. State what you expect from PM Scandinavia: guiding, local reservations or broader arrangements. One shared pace or several subgroups?
A large group need not move as one unit all day. Museums may have limits and separate booking requirements, while smaller walking groups can hear a guide more easily. Guide numbers and subgroup arrangements depend on the chosen venues, not simply the seating capacity of a coach.Budget and decision dates
Clarify whether the budget is per person or for the whole group and which services it covers. Include decision and final-number dates. That makes it possible to compare options on the same basis rather than comparing prices for different scopes.
A few hours, a few days, a longer journey
Good journeys begin with good questions.
From inspiration to decisions
How should you spread your Stockholm visit across the available days? What information helps when requesting a large-group quote? Begin with these two practical guides. If your circumstances differ, write to us so we can consider your particular trip. Before we start planning.
Can I arrange a guide only?
Yes. You can enquire about guide-only services in Norway, Sweden or Poland. Share your date, location, language and party size. Scope and availability are confirmed individually. Can you arrange flights and a hotel too?
Your enquiry can include flights, a hotel, transfers and other arrangements. Booking availability, prices and responsibility for each service are set out in the individual proposal. Can I enquire for a coach group?
Yes, our offer also addresses large groups and organisers. Send participant numbers, coaches and dates. We will assess staffing and programme feasibility; entering a party size does not automatically confirm availability.Which languages can we request?
Martin Brozek works in English, Polish and Swedish. Include your chosen language in the enquiry so we can reflect it in the programme and confirm availability for your date.Do the programmes have fixed prices?
The programmes are ideas to adapt. Dates, numbers, guide time, accommodation and transport affect the quote. You receive a price for a specific, described scope.Does submitting the form make a booking?
No. It begins a conversation about a proposal. Reservations require later agreement, acceptance of conditions and confirmation of the relevant services. There are no live reservations or payments on the website. Can the programme accommodate mobility needs?
Describe general requirements before choosing a route. We will check transport, walking routes and particular venues. We do not claim that every route is fully accessible; arrangements are assessed for the programme.
Austria | Culture, lakes and Alpine routes
Austria for organised groups and travel-trade partners. We can discuss tailored programmes around Vienna, Salzburg, the Salzkammergut and selected Alpine regions. The strongest theme may be music and the arts, historic towns, mountain landscapes or a mix of culture and leisurely sightseeing. Those choices determine the right number of hotel bases and the time available in each place.
Coach groups, associations and specialist travel organisers benefit from a route that anticipates arrival windows, motorcoach access, timed museum admission, luggage, meals and rest breaks. A day in Vienna involves different logistics from a lakeside excursion or an Alpine road journey. Combining them successfully takes advance coordination, particularly when the group includes different ages or mobility requirements.
For a cultural group, a guide’s narrative can connect architectural heritage, local history and the places visited without turning the day into a lecture. For a company, the same itinerary might include a meeting, a reception or more independent time. Specialist venues and transport providers require separate agreements.
Start with dates or season, departure market, approximate group size, languages, budget range, travel purpose and any transport or accommodation already secured. We can then identify what can realistically be included, what should be optional and which services need local confirmation. A proposal should clearly distinguish confirmed arrangements from suggestions still under review.
What makes the programme work
Possible programme formats
- Vienna cultural city programme with themed guiding and museums
- Vienna–Salzburg route with manageable travel days
- Salzburg and Salzkammergut lake-and-culture itinerary
- Austria as part of a longer Central European journey
Seasonal conditions, local guide requirements, group admissions and supplier availability are verified for the actual dates. No fixed inclusions or prices are implied.
Switzerland | Rail journeys, lake cities and Alpine views
Switzerland for groups seeking culture and dramatic landscapes. The country lends itself to thoughtfully paced programmes that combine Zurich, Lucerne, Bern and selected Alpine regions. We work from the purpose of the visit: sightseeing, architecture, nature, rail experiences, specialist interests or a balanced holiday for a multi-generation group.
Rail can be a beautiful part of the story, but group reservations, luggage arrangements, transfers and connecting times require care. A route planned for individuals does not always work unchanged for a coach party. Travel organisers also need to account for different price structures, mountain transport, weather and the season in which the programme will take place.
For a short journey, two well-chosen bases may be more rewarding than several hotel moves. A longer itinerary might allow city walks, lakeside experiences and a full day in the mountains. We avoid promising that every lift, pass or scenic train is included: the specific travel dates and suppliers determine what can be booked.
Tell us where your guests begin and end the journey, how many people are expected, the languages required, any accommodation or coach arrangements already made and whether scenic rail is essential or optional. We can help define an appropriate scope and an itinerary that leaves room for the unexpected without losing its shape.
What makes the programme work
Possible programme formats
- Zurich and Lucerne, with a focus on culture and the lake
- Lucerne with a carefully selected mountain experience
- Bern and the Bernese Oberland for landscape and heritage
- Swiss scenic rail as a planned experience, not an assumed inclusion
Mountain conditions, timetables, accessibility and group booking rules are reviewed before anything is confirmed.
Silja Line and Baltic voyages within a larger programme
Silja Line is best presented here as a travel option, not as a claim of an exclusive supplier relationship. A Baltic crossing can connect a city programme to a multi-destination itinerary or become the shared experience at the heart of a group event. The benefit is often the rhythm: time together at sea followed by a well-organised arrival.
We consider embarkation timing, accessibility, cabin needs, group check-in, transfers, meal arrangements and contingency time. Sailing routes, dates and prices must be verified directly before any proposal can be confirmed.
For travel agencies and destination-management partners
Cooperation starts with an operational brief. Tell us who holds the client contract, which bookings are already made, the guide language, group size, season and the service responsibilities you want to delegate. We can then clarify the scope, supplier interfaces, cancellation conditions and points of contact that need to appear in a proposal.
PM Scandinavia’s value proposition is detailed planning and careful attention during a journey. We would rather narrow the scope honestly than promise unfamiliar services without a reliable local arrangement.
References and testimonials: to be confirmed
We intend to add selected client recommendations and examples of completed programmes once we have explicit approval from the relevant clients. Until that material is available, the site will not attribute invented praise to travellers or display stock photographs as evidence of earlier departures.
In the meantime, a clearly described planning process and a direct conversation with Martin offer the most useful starting point for evaluating a potential partnership.
